No doubt there have been difficult people around since the beginnings of time.

But in today’s crowded, highly interconnected world it’s not so easy to avoid people who test our patience. Working with difficult people can be, well—difficult.

Staff productivity suffers because of a bully. One person keeps putting people down at meetings, and another grabs credit for every idea. Not to mention the control freak who drives you nuts. At times you’re tempted to quit. This course will help you to find strategies to deal with the situations you face.
